4 steps away from good coffee: Add 1.3-1.6 Tablespoons (20-25 g) of ground coffee into the French press. 

3 steps away from good coffee: Pour 40ml of hot water to wet the coffee and stir 10 times. Wait for 30 seconds. 

2 steps away from good coffee: Then pour 200 ml of hot water and close the lid for 4-7 minutes.

1 step away from good coffee: Press the plunger gently, retaining the grounds at the bottom. Hold the plunger for ONE minute.
